Terms & refunds

Scale Classifieds is a posting service operated by SSAFF Media. By placing an order you agree to the following.

What we do

We publish the ad you submit to the Craigslist cities and section you select, using our own posting accounts and paying Craigslist's posting fees on your behalf. Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from payment (or from your requested start date). We send you the live URL for every post and keep a status page updated.

Pricing

Each post costs what Craigslist charges for that section and city at the time of your order, plus our flat service fee. Both are shown before you pay.

Your content

You are responsible for the content of your ad and for having the right to publish it. We refuse and refund, in full, any ad that is illegal, deceptive, adult-oriented, infringes a trademark or copyright, or otherwise violates Craigslist's terms of use. We may make minor edits (formatting, category fit) so a post is accepted.

Removed or flagged posts

Craigslist and its users can remove posts at any time and without stating a reason. If a post we published is removed within 7 days of going live, we repost it once at no charge. Posts removed after 7 days, or removed a second time, are not refunded or reposted.

Refunds

If we are unable to publish some or all of your posts within 5 business days of the scheduled start, the undelivered posts are refunded to your original payment method. Delivered posts are not refundable. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before posting begins by emailing chris@ssaff.co.
